crushed tomatoes

beef broth

oregano

salt to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil and cook onion.
Add garlic and cook briefly.
Brown the ground beef.
Stir in tomato paste.
Add tomatoes and broth.
Simmer 25–30 minutes.
Season and serve with pasta.
Notes
• Simmer slowly for deeper flavor
• Add red wine for richer sauce
• Freezes very well
