Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in Cajun seasoning and paprika.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer.
Gradually add parmesan while stirring.
Season and serve immediately.
Notes
• Adjust spice level by adding or reducing Cajun seasoning.
• Fresh parmesan melts better than pre-shredded cheese.
• Add shrimp or chicken for a complete meal.
