Instructions
Add onion, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and lemon juice to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Slowly add oil while blending.
Adjust thickness with water.
Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Flavor improves after chilling. Stir before serving.
