Instructions
Add the soy sauce, peanut butter, and brown sugar to a medium bowl.
Mix in the rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and five-spice powder.
Whisk until smooth and glossy.
Add warm water little by little until the sauce reaches your preferred consistency.
Let the sauce rest for 5 to 10 minutes before using.
Notes
Use less water for a thicker dipping sauce.
Use more water for a smoother stir-fry sauce.
Store in the fridge and stir before each use.
