Instructions
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, and vinegar in a saucepan.
Stir in garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pan.
Simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
Let cool slightly before using.
Notes
Add sesame seeds or sliced green onions when serving for extra flavor.
