Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions and reserve pasta water.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
Stir in lemon juice and pasta water.
Add parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
Notes
Add lemon zest for extra citrus flavor.
If the sauce thickens too much, add more pasta water.
