Instructions
Combine soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, chili garlic sauce, garlic and ginger.
Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
Heat sauce mixture in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in cornstarch slurry.
Simmer until sauce thickens.
