Instructions
Mix ground pork with seasonings and shape into 4 thin patties slightly wider than the muffins.
Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.
Toast buttered muffin halves in the same skillet until golden.
Cook eggs in greased ring molds, covered, for 90 seconds.
Layer cheese, egg, sausage on bottom muffin and top with the other half. Serve immediately.
Notes
Internal sausage temperature should reach 160°F.
American cheese gives the signature melt — don't substitute.
