Spicy Sriracha Wing Sauce
Bold, buttery, and dangerously fast — this sriracha wing sauce coats every crispy wing in a glossy, spicy layer that beats any bottle.
Ingredients
- ½ cup sriracha
- 3 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt butter in small saucepan over medium-low heat
- Add sriracha and honey — stir to combine
- Add lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika — whisk until glossy
- Taste and adjust heat and sweetness
- Toss immediately over hot cooked wings

This sauce thickens as it cools — thin it out with a splash of water if needed before tossing.
