Ingredients

beef broth

heavy cream

Dijon mustard

Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet.
Cook shallots until softened.
Add beef broth and simmer.
Stir in cream and Dijon mustard.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer until slightly thickened.
Serve over steak.
