Instructions
Dip chicken pieces in egg and coat with cornstarch.
Fry until golden and crispy.
In a saucepan combine sugar, vinegar, ketchup, and soy sauce.
Add vegetables and pineapple.
Toss chicken with the sauce until coated.
Notes
For extra crispiness fry the chicken twice.
