Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Press tortilla into an oven-safe bowl to form a shell.
Bake about 10 minutes until crispy.
Brown ground beef in skillet and add spices.
Fill tortilla bowl with lettuce, taco meat, beans, tomatoes, and cheese.
Add avocado, salsa, and sour cream before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use ground turkey instead of beef.
