peanut butter

soy sauce

lime juice

brown sugar

teaspoon
chili garlic sauce

garlic clove minced

teaspoon
grated ginger

–4 tablespoon warm water

teaspoon
sesame oil
Instructions
Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and chili garlic sauce.
Gradually whisk in warm water until smooth.
Adjust thickness as desired.
Stir in sesame oil before serving.
Notes
Add more warm water if the sauce thickens in the refrigerator.
