Ingredients

butter

olive oil

garlic

tomato paste

vodka

cup
heavy cream

teaspoon
red pepper flakes

teaspoon
black pepper
salt to taste

parmesan cheese
Instructions
Heat butter and olive oil in a saucepan.
Add garlic and cook briefly.
Stir in tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Add vodka and simmer to reduce.
Pour in heavy cream and stir.
Add seasoning and simmer.
Finish with parmesan and serve.

• Use quality tomato paste for best flavor
• Allow vodka to reduce properly
• Pasta water helps bind the sauce
